UKSIMDEALS
Terms & Conditions
Last updated: 30 May 2026
These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of the UKSIMDEALS website and any contract-switching or SIM-related services we arrange for you. Please read them carefully before proceeding with a switch or new contract application.
1. About UKSIMDEALS
UKSIMDEALS (trading as UK SIM Deal on this website) provides information, comparison, and facilitation services to help UK consumers switch mobile phone and SIM contracts with participating UK network providers. We act as an introducer and switching agent unless otherwise stated in writing.
By using our website, contacting us, or completing a switch application, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you must not use our services.
2. Eligibility
To use our services you must:
- Be at least 18 years of age;
- Be resident in the United Kingdom;
- Hold a valid UK address for billing and correspondence;
- Pass any credit, identity, or affordability checks required by the network provider;
- Provide accurate and complete information throughout the application process.
We reserve the right to decline applications that do not meet provider or regulatory requirements.
3. Our Services
Through this website (UK SIM Deal, operated by UKSIMDEALS) you can apply online for the contract and SIM services described on our homepage, Switch & Save page, and UK Network Providers page. Our main application routes are:
- Switch Current Contract Plan – for customers with an existing phone and SIM contract;
- Switch Your Current SIM Contract Plan – for existing SIM-only contract customers;
- Switch Your Pay As You Go SIM – for pay-as-you-go customers moving to a monthly contract;
- Complete Your SIM Card Order (new SIM contract) – for customers requesting a new SIM for delivery and activation.
Applications are submitted using our online forms, followed by a payment details page and an on-screen confirmation with a reference number. We act as an introducer and switching agent: final contract acceptance, network coverage, number porting, handset compatibility, and service delivery remain the responsibility of the relevant network provider. UKSIMDEALS does not operate a mobile network.
4. Contract Plans, Pricing & Promotions
Unless your network provider confirms otherwise in writing, eligible customers who complete an application through UKSIMDEALS may receive three months of unlimited calls, texts, and data free of charge at the start of the contract, as advertised on this website.
From month four onwards, ongoing charges depend on the plan you select:
- Phone and SIM contract switching – £10 per month for the SIM plan (18-month minimum) plus 50% off your phone payment every month — over or under 18 months remaining on your contract plan, as stated on the application and payment pages;
- Current SIM-only contract switching – £10 per month (18-month minimum);
- Pay-as-you-go to contract switching – £10 per month (18-month minimum);
- New SIM contract – £10 per month (18-month minimum), as stated in the new SIM order terms on the application page.
Savings examples on our website (such as £40 becoming £20 per month) are illustrative only. Actual monthly costs depend on your current tariff, selected network, credit and eligibility checks, and the final contract issued by your provider.
By saving your payment method on our payment page, you authorise charges after the free trial in line with the plan-specific wording shown at checkout (for example, £10 per month for your SIM plus 50% off your phone payment every month — over or under 18 months remaining on your contract plan — for phone and SIM plans, or £10 per month for qualifying SIM-only, pay-as-you-go, and new SIM plans).
We will use reasonable efforts to ensure website information is accurate; however, errors may occur. In the event of a manifest error, we or the provider may withdraw or correct an offer before contract completion.
5. Minimum Contract Term & Cancellation
Unless stated otherwise, all SIM and phone contracts arranged through UKSIMDEALS are subject to a minimum term of 18 months with the network provider.
Early cancellation may result in early termination charges payable to the network, equipment repayment obligations (where applicable), and loss of promotional benefits. You may cancel within any statutory cooling-off period provided by the network, typically 14 days from service activation for distance contracts, subject to provider terms.
After the minimum term, you may cancel with 30 days’ notice (as stated on our plan pages), or in line with your network provider’s standard cancellation policy. Notice periods and charges vary by provider.
6. Applications, Security Checks & The Switching Process
Online application steps
When you apply through our website, you will typically: (1) complete an application form with your personal and plan details; (2) continue to a secure payment page to save your payment method for billing after the free period; and (3) receive an on-screen confirmation with a reference number. Our confirmation page states that applications are usually reviewed within 24–48 hours; we will contact you if further information is required.
Information you provide
All applications require your name, address, post code, and email. Switch applications (phone and SIM, SIM-only, and pay-as-you-go) also include a Security check section, which may ask for your mobile number, whether your account has a PIN or password (and the PIN/password if applicable), recent payment or top-up details, and your last number called, to help verify your account. The new SIM order form includes SIM & network questions such as your preferred provider, previous network provider, usual monthly bill, and mobile number.
Switching and porting
When you request a switch, you authorise UKSIMDEALS to share your application details with the selected network provider to process porting, activation, or contract migration. In most cases you may keep your existing mobile number, subject to provider rules. You must keep your existing SIM active until porting completes unless advised otherwise.
Switching times vary by provider and can take one working day or longer. We are not liable for delays caused by incorrect information, provider systems, or third-party networks.
You are responsible for settling any outstanding balances with your current provider before or after switch, as required by their terms.
7. Your Responsibilities
You agree to:
- Provide truthful information and update us if your details change;
- Use services lawfully and not for fraudulent purposes;
- Review your network contract, including fair usage policies and roaming charges;
- Pay all charges due to the network provider on time;
- Keep your device unlocked or compatible where a handset is retained.
8. Network Providers
We help customers explore options with leading UK network providers including, where available, Vodafone, O2, EE, Three, Giffgaff, Lebara, Lyca Mobile, iD Mobile, Tesco Mobile, and others. Service availability, coverage maps, and plan features are determined solely by the provider you select.
Your contractual relationship for mobile services is with the network provider, not UKSIMDEALS, except for any separate services we expressly agree to provide in writing.
9. Website Use
You must not misuse our website, attempt unauthorised access, introduce malware, scrape content without permission, or use our branding without consent. Content on this site is protected by copyright and may not be reproduced for commercial purposes without written approval.
10. Limitation of Liability
Nothing in these Terms excludes liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any liability that cannot be excluded under UK law.
Subject to the above, UKSIMDEALS shall not be liable for indirect or consequential loss, loss of profit, loss of data, or service interruptions arising from network providers, porting delays, or circumstances outside our reasonable control.
Our total liability arising from any contract with you for facilitation services shall not exceed the fees you paid to UKSIMDEALS for that transaction, or £100, whichever is greater, except where a higher limit is required by law.
11. Complaints
If you have a complaint about our service, contact us using the details on our website. We will acknowledge complaints promptly and aim to resolve them within eight weeks.
Complaints about network coverage, billing, or service quality should be directed to your network provider in the first instance. You may also refer disputes to an approved alternative dispute resolution scheme or, for communications services, Ofcom, where applicable.
12. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The “Last updated” date at the top of this page will change when revisions are published. Continued use of the website after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. Material changes affecting active contracts will be communicated where required by law.
13. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. The courts of England and Wales shall have exclusive jurisdiction, without prejudice to mandatory consumer rights in Scotland or Northern Ireland where you live.
14. Contact
For questions about these Terms, start an application via our homepage contract plans, read more on our Switch & Save page, or see UK Network Providers for how we work with networks. If you have already applied, quote your confirmation reference number when contacting us.
